Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item please contact us within 14 days of the date it was delivered via email only. Please do not try to contact us via Instagram.

The returned item remains your responsibility until we receive it and we cannot accept responsibility for the loss of the item and advise customers to return goods by recorded delivery (with the appropriate insurance) and keep proof of postage.

We DO NOT cover the return shipping cost and we advise customers to thoroughly read descriptions of items before purchasing to avoid confusion. When we receive the item back, we will review if the item has not been used or tampered. We will then refund the product cost only. Please bare in mind if you use a discount code you will receive the total after the discount. Shipping costs are not refunded.

The right to return goods does not apply to perishable goods (ie. Fondant icing, Chocolate Drip, Sprinkles and other edibles). However in the instance of a faulty product being delivered please contact us as soon as possible and we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

All returns and refunds are subject to our Returns Policy and must be received strictly within 28 days from placing your order.
